Family Practice Nurse Practitioner

Job Description:
A clinic in California is looking for a family practice nurse practitioner who can provide locum tenens coverage for approximately one month starting in mid-November and ending in late December.
The provider will work Tuesdays 8:30 a.
m.
to 5 p.
m.
, Wednesdays 1 p.
m.
to 5 p.
m.
and Thursdays from 8:30 a.
m.
to 12 p.
m.
The locum will see between 10 to 15 patients of all ages and will work on prevention/wellness cases, conduct exams, diagnose, and treat patients.
The facility uses GE Centricity and will offer paid training.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
