The Staff VP Population Health Technology Strategy (Staff VP Population Health Platforms) is responsible for the strategy, design and roll out of Provider Enablement technology and analytics roadmap and program for Population Health platforms in partnership with Information Technology and Health Care Analytics.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
+ Develops roadmap of technology solutions including the future direction of existing platform.
+ Drives build vs. buy strategic decisions for technology and analytic solutions supporting provider enablement expansion.
+ Engages Information Technology, Health Care Analytics and business partners on new and existing technology needs.
+ Advances clinical data integration strategy across the enterprise.
+ Evolves population health product road map across multiple domains including claim analytics, clinical data integration, care management workflow, patient engagement, and performance reporting.
+ Researches and implements operational and process improvements across the enablement technology and analysis strategy and roadmap.
+ Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
+ Requires a BA/BS in a related field; 10 years? experience in health care management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
+ M.A./M.S in related field preferred.
+ Population Health IT strategy experience highly preferred.
+ Experience pitching solutions and capabilities that Provider Enablement can provide highly preferred.
+ Experience/high comfort level in business development environment with healthcare providers, other insurance payers, and/or members highly preferred.
+ Project Management (PMP) certification preferred.
+ Ability to travel required. Approximately 30 ? 40% average. Some weeks no travel and some weeks 2 - 4 days.
+ Location preferences for this role would be Atlanta, GA or Chicago, IL as first choices. However, a remote work location will also be considered.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
