Marketing Director (Specialty Products)
Location: Any US
Serves as a lead point of contact in Specialty Business marketing for enterprise-wide and multi-state/regional initiatives that are either driven from within marketing or driven from other areas of the company and require _direct-to-consumer_ marketing support to formulate short- and long-term marketing strategies to grow profitable specialty membership.
Responsible for marketing strategic planning and execution for dental, vision, life and disability products sold directly to consumers and has accountability for a thorough, detailed understanding of end-to-end marketing functions and complex organization requirements. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:
+ Formulates short- and long-term marketing strategies to grow profitable membership among consumer segments, including both over- and under-65.
+ Ensures the marketing strategy aligns with the enterprise-wide strategy by identifying, managing and implementing core governance practices to ensure alignment.
+ Builds market-specific, product-marketing plans partnering closely with other marketing and member communication practitioners to deliver a seamless experience for our members.
+ Identifies new and innovative marketing strategies that drive new customer acquisition, as well as upsell and cross-sell of existing customers.
+ Develop business cases to drive investment, oversee financials, and analyzes ROI.
Qualifications
Requires BA/BS degree; 8-10 years experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred
+ Healthcare industry experience.
+ Extensive experience in B2C marketing.
+ Expert knowledge of multiple marketing channels and practices (i.e. digital, direct marketing, social media, search engine marketing).
+ Ability to leverage strong critical thinking and analytics to develop data-driven strategies and evaluate performance.
+ Strong presentation skills, as well as the ability to visually represent complex ideas in a simplified way.
+ Marketing automation experience.
+ Efficient, organized, and deadline driven with the ability to build complex solutions in a fast paced data-driven environment.
+ Must have experience building and activating personalized communication programs that support customer journeys.
+ Experience with journey mapping and campaign automation.
+ Must have a high level of attention to detail, self-motivated and manage a high volume of deliverables with flawless execution.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
