Strategic Account Executive

The Strategic Account Executive leads the Clarity business relationship with assigned clients, with a focus on all matters related Clarity Software Solutions including Accelerate Member Engagement (AME) activities with clients. The Strategic Account Executive maintains and leverages strategic relationships for those assigned clients while coordinating across Clarity functional areas to ensure that client deliverable expectations are met and exceeded. The Strategic Account Executive reports to the Director of Account Management, while working closely with the Chief Innovation Officer and his or her direct reports. Essential Functions Work with clients to successfully leverage Clarity's transactional member communications to drive client members to critical client programs and initiatives such as web portal registrations, chronic condition management programs, telehealth visits, screenings, vaccinations and more. Collaborate with business leads in a matrixed environment across Clarity functions to guarantee that AME and other client deliverable expectations are successfully achieved Ensure that Clarity meets its revenue goals on assigned clients Identify, develop and maintain key strategic client relationships Identify and support product expansion opportunities on assigned clients in collaboration with assigned Sales Executive Act as main point of contact for clients in the event of escalation Develop and maintain strategic account plans on assigned clients that include clear, time-based strategic account objectives Lead client strategic discussions, onsite and virtual, including preparation of agendas and development of supporting presentation collateral Lead client contract renewal discussions Prepare and deliver timely dissemination of client reporting Lead internal account reviews with Clarity leadership Other duties as assigned by management Education Required Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree required Master of Business Administration degree preferred Knowledge & Experience Minimum 10 years of strategic account management experience within the healthcare industry Minimum 5 years of experience engaging with healthcare organizations to drive transformative member and/or consumer engagement program initiatives Experience leveraging client relationships to identify and pursue growth opportunities Strong negotiating skills with hands on experience finalizing contracts Strategic account management training, e.g. Miller Heiman, preferred Technical expertise in web hosted solutions and content management preferred Ability to read and analyze financial metrics Functioning knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Personal Attributes Ability to drive strategic alignment and effective client outcomes in a matrix internal environment Creative thinker, collaborator and leader Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to thrive in a team-based environment Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and software Ability to present / demonstrate solutions externally Ability to multi-task & prioritize, with strong organizational and proactive follow-up capabilities Ability to absorb and manage financial and other metrics reporting Physical Demands Willingness and ability to travel 25% of the time Must be able to sit at a desk 80 percent of the time Must be able to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets Must be able to operate a computer and other office products Must be able to frequently communicate via telephone and in meeting rooms Must be able to move audio/visual equipment for presentations.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Account ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
